Welcome to Season's Script LLC! We provide premium interior Christmas decor rentals, specializing in artificial trees and festive decorations. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Season's Script LLC offers a rental service for artificial Christmas trees and accompanying interior decorations. Our services include tree delivery, setup, and pickup, as well as decoration of your home or business for the holiday season.

You must be at least 18 years old to rent from Season's Script LLC. By entering into this agreement, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

• Artificial Trees: As part of our standard rental offering, we exclusively provide artificial Christmas trees. These trees are high-quality, realistic, and designed for long-lasting enjoyment.
• Real Trees (Special Request): If you wish to request a real tree, you must notify us at the time of booking. A waiver of liability will be required to be signed for the use of live trees. Please note, these trees are subject to additional charges and specific handling conditions.
• Rental Period: Your rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Any changes to the rental period must be communicated and approved in advance.
• Rental Fees: Rental prices are determined by the type of decor package selected (e.g., size of the tree, decorations included) and are due in full upon booking. Additional services such as delivery, setup, and additional decor may incur extra charges.

• Delivery: We will deliver the tree and decor to the agreed-upon location during the scheduled delivery window. Delivery charges may vary based on location.
• Setup: Our team will set up your Christmas tree and any other decorations provided. You must ensure the location is ready and accessible for setup.
• Pickup: At the end of the rental period, our team will return to disassemble and retrieve the tree and decorations. Pickup fees may apply for delays or rescheduling.

• Artificial Trees: You are responsible for keeping the artificial tree in good condition throughout the rental period. Please ensure it is properly positioned and that no damage occurs from interaction with pets, children, or other household items.
• Real Trees: If you request a real tree, you assume full responsibility for its care. This includes regular watering and ensuring the tree is not exposed to unsafe conditions.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $300.00 USD is required at the time of booking to secure all holiday decor rental packages and Trees or $50.00 USD for all Wreaths and Garlands. This deposit serves as a safeguard against potential loss, damage, or late return of rental items. The deposit will be fully refunded within 3 to 7 business days following the completion of the rental period, provided that all decor items are returned in their original condition and accounted for. Any damages, missing items, or delays in return may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit at the sole discretion of Season’s Script LLC. In the event of any issues, clients will be notified within 48 hours of item pickup.
• Damages: You are financially responsible for any damages to the rental items, including the tree, ornaments, lights, tree stand, and other decor. Any damage incurred (e.g., tearing of the tree, broken decorations, or malfunctioning lights) will result in an assessment for repair or replacement fees, depending on the severity of the damage.
  • Minor damage will be repaired or charged at a cost determined by the severity.
  • Major damage, including but not limited to broken trees, destroyed decorations, or irreversible damage, may result in a full replacement charge.
• Loss: In the event that any rental item is lost, stolen, or permanently damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item.
• Alterations: Unauthorized alterations to the rental items (e.g., changing the appearance of the tree, decorations, or electrical setup) will be considered damages, and additional charges may apply.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
• Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if significant issues arise with the rental (e.g., defective products or missed delivery). Issues must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of the rental delivery date for review.

• If you choose to request a real tree, you must sign a waiver of liability acknowledging the following:
  • Real trees require more maintenance and care during the rental period.
  • Season's Script LLC is not liable for any damage caused by the real tree (e.g., sap, tree shedding, water damage).
  • You agree to handle the tree and related items responsibly.

Season's Script LLC is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss related to the use or interaction with our rental items, except as a result of our negligence. You agree to take full responsibility for ensuring the rental items are used in a safe and appropriate manner.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised Terms of Service will become effective immediately upon posting.
